Order tracking
After the goods are shipped, we will notify customers via email. The email contains a tracking number. You can enter DHL, FedEx or SF Express to track the latest status of your order.
Shipping time and shipping costs
Express shipping:
Orders placed before 18:00 (Hong Kong time) from Monday to Friday
Will be processed within working days and shipped on normal working days (Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time).
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed the next working day morning.
