Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund

If you are out of stock and need to refund, we will refund according to the original payment method.

2. Instructions for returns and exchanges

The products will be inspected in detail before shipment. If there are defects or the wrong goods are sent, we will return them.
If there are any defective products, please email or contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Be sure to ask the buyer to inspect the product after receiving it!
(Contact customer service → Upload pictures (leave a message) → Review → Reply) or email us.
After the defect is confirmed by customer service, we will reply to you about the subsequent refund procedures.
Before sending any returned or exchanged goods, please contact the customer service staff for confirmation before sending them out, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be in complete packaging when received, with no signs of wear and in the original condition.
Please contact customer service staff within 3 days. Overdue orders after 3 days will not be accepted.
If you want to return/exchange an item that does not fall within the scope of defects, you will have to pay the postage by yourself.

3. Return processing regarding quality issues

Return shipping costs for quality issues will be borne by the consumer.

Note: Returns and exchanges without contacting customer service will not be processed.

Returns due to the following reasons will not be processed for you based on quality issues and will be treated as general returns. Please understand.
Due to different reasons such as lighting, computer monitor color difference, or personal understanding of colors, there may be some color differences between the photos and the actual object. This type of problem does not belong to the quality of the goods.
The standard body size chart/product dimensions provided on the product details page are for your reference only; due to manual measurement, different batches, or individual measurement method standards, there may be slight differences with your measurement results.
Please check whether the goods are in good condition after receiving them, try them on, and make a return request in a timely manner. If there are quality issues that are more than 7 days old, we will not be able to handle returns for you.
Due to the production process or fabric treatment, some products may fade or deform slightly after washing. This is a normal situation within the scope of quality testing standards and cannot be treated as a quality problem. In addition, detergents or improper washing methods can also cause such situations. Please wash according to the instructions.
Reasons for return or exchange include feeling that the product is too transparent, too thick, too thin, too big, too small, different from the picture or different than expected.


Defects that do not affect the overall wear, such as rips in linings, corners and other inconspicuous places, uneven sewing, small spots and stains on light-colored clothes.


If you need to return or exchange products, orders, including local and overseas customers, must pay the postage for the replacement products.
Replacement products must be returned together with complete packaging, accessories, and instructions.

If there are any problems with the product during transportation, please contact the transportation company for resolution. Our store will not compensate for any costs or replace goods.
There are differences between the actual quality and the picture, such as the use of fabrics and the fineness of workmanship.
